how long for paleo to kick in? slight weight gain?
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with the adjustment period when you start the paleo diet. I've been on it for 4 days and had a slight weight gain. I'm waiting for the fat as fuel to start kicking in. Anyone experience a slight gain before they start losing? And, how long before your body makes the transition? My workouts are no longer sluggish, so that's a good thing, right?
