For me I've noticed that sometimes these types of meals (I don't have that much meat at every dinner) go down better than others. Can't remember where I heard this but I think it was some doctor interviewed on jimmy moore's show who said if your cortisol is high you won't digest a big pro+fat meal very well. If that is correct than maybe it is best a good idea to be as relaxed as possible before dinner (supplement sometimes necessary)?
Also, there's not much info to go on but some have claimed taking some ACV beforehand can stimulate HCl.. would it be worth considering taking ACV + some sort of cortisol reducing supplement before a big dinner for optimal digestion?

How about you sit down, start off with salad with Balsamic Vinegar / Olive Oil, or just some lemon juice.
Then plow into your meat, butter on your veggies, top off piece of fruit(or not), call it dinner.
You really think about stuff like "priming the stomach". How do you get through the day??????????
