i rowed before dad and did 2;58 and it wasnt hard. after dad rowed i did another 500 meter. 2;37.3 which makes me ranked number 2 on the concept two site in the 12 year old class and im only 7. it was really hard and made me really dissy and almost fell down.
i am still up because i got a headache after i rowed that one and i have thrown up 5 times since i rowed. dad said i can stay up until i am not throwing up anymore.
i had a olympic weightlifting meet today. i snatched 17 and clean and jerked 24. i tried to snatch 19 and clean and jerk 27 but missed them because i have not been practicing much lately.
yesterday i did 200 clean and press with 10lb kettlbell. today dad is real real sore this morning from doing that yestyerday, and i am not sore at all. haha on dad.
