The best advice my Coach ever gave me was "eat through the sticking points."

Electronically I gave him two mego thumbs up and made my way to Cici's Pizza.

Dialing it back in sucks mucho donkey ballz.

I am 255 and about 20% body fat and I can do pull ups. Work negatives and once you get one, grease the groove, do weighted sets, use bands for high reps, mix your grip and all of a sudden you start stringing them together. I just dropped 10 pounds and I got a few more in a lot easier than I did before. Being lighter helps, but it isn't a pre-requisite.
