I have girly grip strength, and sadly, no belly to rest the continental on. I go for a Sumo Deadlift to Zercher, a couple pops from my hip to get it from the crook of my elbows up the the shoulders. Talk about taking the long way.
But, does look like the continental is the ticket here. The fact that the bar doesn't spin makes squat cleans difficult, and I can't begin to understand how you can keep a grip on an axle that heavy. I mean shit, he double overhanded it in the first video.
