Butter soft skin? Only when he shaves regularly - otherwise it's more like sandpaper

Greg - last time I checked I had 20/20 vision (althought that was awhile ago)!

Grady - I was going to make some protein spheres for the b-day bash, but decided against them...(lazy). Instead some yummy sausages, deviled eggs, veggies, nuts, stuffed mushrooms and my signature (stolen) recipe for gluten-free chocolate cake! oh - and did I mention wine?

Yea, I really model my work after Cybil Shepard...the whole soft focus thing is where it's at!

Scott-
butter soft skin! dude, people will talk!

Allen-
Happy B-day man! MaYBE we can do a bulk buy on artificial knees and Viagra next year!

Grady-
I did the same one from last year: BW C&J X Age 175lbsX35 finished in 19 min. About a 1:30 slower than last year but I think I've had a sinus infection for two weeks. Finally kicked that but I have not touched the Olifts in almost a month. Have been doing BJJ 4-5 days per week. I suck somewhat less at that stuff now!

Jamilla-
I'll do the prune Juice if I can use your bathroom to deal with the aftermath!

thanks all! it was a kick-ass B-day! Snacks included deviled eggs and sausage. Beverage of choice was vodka(absolute citron) + Diet tonic (double on that...ouch). Nicki made me a chocolate torte (wheat free). All I know for the ingredients: 80% cacao chocolate bars, whole cream and espresso. It's kind of an Herbal Elvis...uppers and downers! freaking yummy and wheat be damned!

Thanks again everybody!

I knew there was a reason I got drunk that night.

Happy Belated Birthday!

I trust Nikki gave you a spanking?

Crap...looks like I need a memory booster as well as the viagra. Sad time indeed!

Brad-
No spanking yet, but we did not want to scare Scotty Hagnass' psyche.
