Default c & j technique

Here's my latest PR from my last meet. PR is great, but I'm not happy with the technique, because I'm sure it will only hold me back as I get stronger. I'm leaping forward as I'm catching the bar. Not sure where in the pull to fix this. The video is courtesy of Benn Overkamp of Kirkwood Weightlifting. Again, I appreciate your input!

Try to stay on your heels for just a little bit longer, the effort to do that will help with the jumping forward thing.
