Muscle snatch more than snatch.
I searched and I could not find anything related to the question that I am going to ask. Is it normal to muscle snatch more than one snatches? I can muscle snatch 130 lbs (kg will take a while), but I can only snatch around 95.
I guess you would like to see a video of me snatching, so you can analyze what I am doing wrong. I will work on that video.
But from the information that I have mentioned here, is there anything off the top of your heads that I might be doing wrong?
