Second time doing these. Feels much better in chucks than barefoot. Still not quite used to the movement, feel like I could get much more if I could set up properly - still a little tight in the starting position.

I've been way under eating. Even for someone who trains as little as I do.

DE Box Squat
Every 60sec:
8 x 2 x 70kg + Red Bands

Box Squat (belt)
1 x 80kg + Red Bands
1 x 100kg + Red Bands
1 x 110kg + Red Bands (PR)
1 x 115kg + Red Bands (PR)
1 x 120kg + Red Bands (PR)

Could have kept going but it probably would have been counter productive.

Conventional deadlifts and belts just don't jive with me. I was shooting for 150-160-170 but 150 felt ugly enough to call it quits.
