Hi all!
My first post here,i'm a 35year old self taugth lifter,learning from Mr Everett's book,videos and many useful tips from 2 portuguese lifters,that unfortunately live too far away from me to check my lifts in loco.
I'm doing a Mike burgener's program,that i took from the crossfit journal,'im already on week 5 of the programmed 8.
I don't have bumper weights,so i'm having some issues with the snatch from the floor,as soon as i can i will buy a pair of 10s and 15s.No platform also,so far the powers that be haven't complained much
I'm sure i'll have a lot of work to do,maybe you guys can give me some feedback?
