Kettlebelling on the Philadelphia Art Museum steps?

I've heard tell that there's a monthly-or-so kettlebell class on the Philadelphia Art Museum steps (the Rocky steps), but haven't been able to get any more details than that. Has anyone else heard of this? Now that I'll be in the area I'd like to attend.
