Is it because of the inbred GMO wheat? Yes.
Is it because humans in general are intolerant of gluten? Yes.
Are people's constitutions generally weaker nowadays due to nutritional deficiencies and environmental toxicity? Yes.
Is it because it is hard to find foods in conventional grocery stores that *don't* contain any wheat? Yes.
There are so many factors in this. As usual, the conventional medical model (which really shouldn't go into nutrition much) is trying to find one factor. There is no one factor, just like with cancer.
"Undiagnosed celiac disease" causing an increased rate of death. I believe it...how did they figure that one out though, if it is undiagnosed???
Every single patient I get to stop eating grains (particularly the gluten ones) feels better, regardless of the presence or absence of health conditions.
