Work more in the kitchen. Religously follow one of the diets we do here Zone, Paleo, or IF. We have nutrition sections for each of these for additional help.

Eat WELL. Eat less. Quality + less quantity = weight loss.
Strength work or metabolic conditioning may help assist weight loss as well. NEAT activity which you have been doing looks good though.

If youre doing stuff daily, maybe its time to cut back and cut back on calories for a little.
Working out more dosent mean more fat loss. Ive seen tons of numbers thrown, but theyre usually around 70-80% of fat loss is done in the kitchen, the rest in the gym.
Of course, we dont know where youre starting (height/weight/background), how youre eating, and what youre doing in your workouts either.

We can give more helpful advice if we know where you are coming from, and where you are going to.

I second that, since we have different problems and different goals.

Hi,..
The true secret to weight loss is this: Make small changes each and every day and you'll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds. The key is to forget about instant results and settle in for the long run.
I hope this will best one,..
thanks,..
