Alright, so I've been working out, but not all that hard, and I certainly haven't written anything down.
I'm starting the year off with a 3 week cycle of Dan John's Big 21. After that the semester will be back underway and I'll reassess.

Pretty good overall. I slowed down a bit near the end.
