Alright, so I've been working out, but not all that hard, and I certainly haven't written anything down.
I'm starting the year off with a 3 week cycle of Dan John's Big 21. After that the semester will be back underway and I'll reassess.

1/3/11 Monday BW 166

Clean & Press
45 lbs, 50 lbs, 55 lbs x 5 reps per weight
60 lbs, 65 lbs, 70 lbs, 75 lbs, 80 lbs, 85 lbs x 1 rep per weight

Power Snatch
45 lbs, 50 lbs, 55 lbs x 5 reps per weight
60 lbs, 65 lbs, 70 lbs, 75 lbs, 80 lbs, 85 lbs x 1 rep per weight

Power Clean & Jerk
55 lbs, 60 lbs, 65 lbs x 5 reps per weight

Pretty good overall. I slowed down a bit near the end.

I couldn't pull up my first attempt at the 100 lb snatch, but the 2nd try flew right up.

I missed my second to last snatch attempt and didn't even try the last, but I'm just going to keep going forward and see what happens next time. Everything else goes up nicely.
