Well, this is it for me until mid December. I unfortuantly have a ton of stuff coming up on deadlines, and I can't spare a second for the gym. Hopefully I won't sacrifice too much of my gains.

Come on, Tim! You know about Ross Enamait already, he even has a workout called "No excuses" - there's always time to get in a good quality workout.

Ha! I do know. Unfortunatly I'm just too damn tired at the end of these days to give a damn, and just can't reconcile any moment of the day I'm not working. I am, however, eagerly awaiting December.

That went horribly. I'm going to put on some weight and get these lifts back up.
