MOD does your body actually want cayenne pepper and ACV or do you take it on purpose?
I've been avoiding going to the doctor and taking any non-prescription medication so far just to see how effectively my body can deal with the cold (thick coloured phlegm).
On the second and third days my body wanted and so I had lots of chicken broth from chicken bones cooked in ACV and water, carrots, leek, onion, celery, garlic, and bits of chicken meat off the bones. 6 hours after I'd have less phlegm. But the broth hasn't been a miracle potion either. Hmm....
