I've been CrossFitting seriously for about 2 years and just finished 2 cycles of CFSB. I have been contemplating doing something more Oly focused for a little while and as luck would have it, a buddy from Brand X mentioned that he was going to hit up the 10week cycle that was posted here, starting April 13th. I decided to join him.
I had the benefit of attending an affiliate for nearly a year -- from the first (or second) week they were open until the last. (CrossFit Emerald Coast) Unfortunately my Oly technique still needs some serious work. I've got Greg Everetts book and I'll refer to it too, but when I post vid here I'd love to hear any feedback from yall.
