I'm using my log to document my training, hold myself accountable and to see how my body responds to all of this great knowledge that I'm gaining via this forum. Pretty much everything i'm going to be doing will be pretty random. Im looking to get my weight down to about 210 but also drop my times on some of the crossfit wods.
