Doesn't exercise effect your metabolism a lot more than nutrition ?
Obviously you can't out-train a terrible diet. Weight training though effects your overall metabolism for the following 3-4 hours after training?
I guess what I'm trying to say is that the more active you are, the faster your metabolism is going to go.
FWI I eat 7-8 meals a day. 0-25g of carbs a day, 6 days a week.
