Yes. Yet another modal domain to master. Who knows when I might be in a rice factory and have to bust out tens, or hundreds, of push-ups of any and all varieties?!?!

I like to do my rehab exercises for time.

Don't you remember Harrison Ford in "Witness?" What if you're in a grain silo and grain gets dumped on you. You better know how to burpee/swim your way out of falling grain, insect.
