Default Sunday - 11.01.09 - Team conditioning

Four stations:

push-ups
1.5 pood kettlebell swings
rest
80 meters out and back

4 members to a team - cycle through each exercise in order. Score is total reps in 12 minutes

We got 581.

this was programmed at the box:

"Tommy V"
For time:
115 pound Thruster, 21 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 12 ascents
115 pound Thruster, 15 reps1
5 ft Rope Climb, 9 ascents
115 pound Thruster, 9 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 6 ascents
Post time to comments.


My shoulder was hurting so I just did some rope climbs - it was my first time getting up and down a 15' rope.
