Tue Mar 9
Eliptical W/U 10 mins
FS: 45x5, 95x5, 115x3, 145x2, 170x5, 175x5x2 (pretty sure this is an FS PR)
145x5
Was going to go for one lighter set, but my knee was starting to throb a bit and I didn't want to push my luck
Alternating weighted chins and dips:
Chins +25#: 5,5,3
Dips: 10, 6, 4
1 set normal chins: 5
Walking
Weight: 225
Has been fairly constant. I may up my cals just a bit.
Edit: In evening, did a bunch of random chins and push-ups.

Thu Mar 11
Eliptical 6 min W/U
TGU: KB (R/L): 16kx3, 20kx3
DB: 55#x2,2
The 55# is a PR for me. Although not an especially great amount of weight for this exercise, I'll take it.
DB Rows (R/L): 55#x5, 75x5, 95x3, 110x10,10, 95x12
Walked a few miles

Fri Mar 12
10 min W/U eliptical
BP: 45x10, 95x5, 145x3, 185x2, 210*5,4, 205x4, 185x3, 155x6
2k on C2: 7:36:6
Pitiful workout. BP couldn't even match my last session, and I just felt weak throughout. Not sure what's going on - might just be fatigue and little sleep catching up with me. Diet has been good and been getting enough food.

Sat Mar 13
Rest day
Sun Mar 14
Elip 10 min W/U
HPC: 45x10, 95x5, 115x5, 135x4
PC: 155x3, 175x2,1, 190x1,1,1 (this is a PR, but I'm not getting enough explosiveness to get the bar high; I'm scooping it. Not going to move about this until I have the explosiveness at this weight)
175x2,1
DL: 225x5, 285x3, 335x2, 375x4 (failed on lockout of the fifth rep, but within inches)
295x5, 235x8
Walking
Foam roll t-spine
I feel like I'm stalling a bit this week on some of my lifts. I'm going to see how the next week goes, but I may back off 5-10% on my big lifts and do more sets across for a couple weeks to try to regain momentum.

Mon Mar 15
Quick Jumprope W/U
Press: 45x10, 75x5, 105x3, 130x2, 145x5x3 (PR!)
130x5x2, 115x5
DB Snatch: 50x5, 70x5, 95# 2 F3 on right arm, 1 F2 on left arm
90x5x2, 80x5
Walking.
Great night! I had a terrible week and did a lot of eating over the weekend, which I think helped. Was a huge confidence booster, which I really needed!
