155x5, 135x8
A little pain in one knee following. Will ice later

Wed Mar 17
Rest day
Thu Mar 18
Jumprope and double under W/U
BP: 45x10, 95x5, 145x3, 185x2, 210x5,5,3, 195x3, 175x5, 155x7
UGH - this lift has been plaguing me - it's the only area in which I'm not making progress. I put a lot of thought into what systems to work on to correct this and how to modify my programming, but I'm going to try keeping it simple first and get through it the way I did my last BP wall - drop back the weight. Next bench workout I'll be back to 200x5x3 and I'll climb from there.
DB Rows: 55x5, 75x5, 95x3, 120x5 (sloppy), 110x8,2, 95x10
Walking
Overall crappy workout. I didn't feel energized. Poor sleep last night after out late drinking for Paddy's, as god intended.

Lot of NEPA stuff throughout the day.
Workout:
Light jumprope W/U

Chins: 6,6,6,6 (spaced out quite a bit - this was really following my workout. I wanted to get in some pull work)

No workout
Wed Mar 24
Bowling + beer. No workout
Thu Mar 25
Eliptical W/U
FS: 45x5, 95x5, 125x3, 155x2, 185x5x3 (PR - easy!),
165x5, 135x8
Knees felt good after these. Only the 185's were belted.
DB Snatch: 50x5, 70x5, 90x4(f5), 5,5
Might have jumped into the first set too soon after the front squats.

Fri Mar 26
W/U Eliptical 5 mins
BP: 65x8, 105x5, 145x3, 175x2, 200x5,5,7, 185x5,4
Had dropped back to 200 to try to smash thru a 210 plateau I hit for a few weeks.
DB Rows: 75x5, 95x3, 110x10x3
Thick Bar Press: 45x5, 105x5x3
This felt very heavy after the other work
Walking
Weight: 224
This has been pretty steady for a while and might explain my glacial progress. I have vacation next week and will figure out if I want to ratchet up eating afterwords.

Jumprope and D/U W/U
HPC: 45x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5
PC: 155x3, 175x2,2,2,2, 155x2,2,2
175's are getting more explosive.
DL: 225x5, 285x3, 335x2, 375x5 (PR!), 325x5, 295x5, 245x6
Felt I probably could have gotten 385x5 today, probably because of my unusually high energy level
Walking
Notes:
For some reason had a TON of energy today during and post-workout. Felt I could have done a lot more work.

Pretty horrendous eating last couple of days. No workout, but did about a 3.5 mile NEPA walk in the evening.

Sun Apr 11
Just got back from a 2 week vacation. Outside of a lot of walking and eating, not much in the way of exercise. Will be a bit regaining strength next week or two.
Morning: NEPA walk pre-breakfast. ~1 mile
Gym: Warmup - Eliptical 8 mins
Press: 45x8, 95x5, 115x3, 130x2 (belt), 145x4,4,3 (belt), 130x5x2 (no belt), 115x5
DB Snatch (R/L): 50x5, 70x5, 85x5x3 (pretty easy. Back to 90 next time)
DB Shrugs: 100x10x4
Walking
