Had some wisdom teeth pulled on Monday so I've been out of it for a few days.
Monday and Tuesday just did some light walking and a few pushups/chins to get the blood flowing. Nothing taxing.
This is 5/3/1 week. Going to play carefully, but if all goes well will do presses tonight. This is out of order, as I usually start my week w/ squat day, but squats require the most balance and focus for me and I want to ensure I'm as close to 100% as possible before I attempt squat day.

Wed Dec 16
Bowling in the afternoon.
Evening - energy level wasn't all there but I went for what I could get. Not bad considering.
Press: 45#x5, 75x5, 110x5, 125x3, 140x4
140x4 is no rep PR, which is disappointing, but considering my condition I'm not really complaining.
75x10, 10
A few dips
Shrugs: 75#x16, 100x16
Not a lot of time at the gym - went late. In and out.
