Ginseng and Caffeine
What are people's opinions on Ginseng or Caffeine usage? I've read a whole mixed bag of reviews of whether ginseng (Siberian, Asian) has any positive effects at all. Most people say that caffeine can give you a boost, but what about developing dependence? What about those (such as myself) who don't drink coffee and rarely consume any caffeine at all? Some also say caffeine can help cause bowel movements.....is that just coffee or is that caffeine in general? Any thoughts, comments, opinions appreciated.
