One of the many from CF who have found their way here....
Needless to say that is situations like these really consider CF as a whole. I swear that when I first found CF, roughly 3 years ago, the idea was a style of training open to unorthodox and evolving methods. Why then, is there such hostility for anyone who does not agree completely with the way [i]they[i] are doing things. Didn't CF start because Coach wanted to change the way people train from the "traditional BB style"? 
Just my .02.
Hopefully everything works out for everyone involved, as without CF, I never would have found PM, and both have provided me with an abundance of information and resources. |
