Of course everything can be modified....such if you would rather do a 4x a week split working out for hypertrophy...one could do 2 days eating/working out....one day rest/IF....and so on.

Mike did you find the fasting days interferred with recovery at all while on this cycle?

It shouldn't, as long as you still eat right (enough calories too), sleep, control daily stressors and don't go overboard on the training. Everyone is different in how they recover of course, so one has to see how they react to it and then adjust the lifestyle factors around it.

Any past issues with recovery were more due to not eating enough (which can be related to IF and how one eats with it, especially if they are doing IF too much) or just working out way too much (or with excessive intensity that my body could not recover from that quickly, such as consistently training to failure).
