Default Hlr?

Hey guys,
I have checked the Info page and the exercises pages. I'm sure when you tell me I will have a "duh!" moment; but what is HLR? It is programmed for tomorrows work after the lifts. Any input is appreciated, thanks.

3 sets, no rest:
20 HLR
20 1-arm DB overhead walking lunges
20 push-ups

Todd

A nice video to be sure... but bring your toes/shins all the way up to the bar.
