Snatches were good, knees to elbows took forever, and back exts were taxing after a while. Felt my shoulder tell me during the snatches that I should of stretched more, and lower back was uber tight afterwards (especially my left side). Hands feel a little rough from the hanging and pulling, rest day tomorrow. Have. to. stretch. more.
