Get in a pushup position and put your hands on a scale it should give you a pretty good reading.

55-65% or so.

Depends how top heavy you are.

What Steven said above (plus I would bet it is not a constant force as you increase the body's angle coming up). Put your feet up on something to get more from it, or wear a weighted backpack/vest.
