Program Minimum vs. CFHQ WOD
Just looking for feedback from anyone who has done both the Program Minimum, or Viking Warrior Conditioning or any other of the "set" KB programs out there and has done the dotcom WOD for as better base of conditioning for ACTUAL THINGS IN REAL LIFE...i.e. team sports, skiing, mountain biking, etc.
I did the dot com "as Rx'd" for about a year and had great conditioning for outdoor soccer in 2008. In 2009, I had moved on from the dot com and for the few weeks before the season I did the ETK PM. I actually think the PM was a better prep (probably due to less adrenal fatigue/better recovery). Just looking for others with experience or opinions. Thanks.
