how is Indian buffet?
Indian buffet allows one to load up on tasty vegetables for cheap. However, does the butter/ghee content completely offset this?

Who cares butter chicken is the BOMB. Because it is so good I suspect it is bad for you in some way.

Seriously?
Good quality butter is good for people. Most need more of it, IMO.
Most important thing is to eat your vegetables.

ive never felt great after an indian meal..the veg dishes always seems to be greasy, can you be sure they are using butter/ghee and not veg oil from industrial sized can??
Tandoori meat is great though! Oh and a pint of Kingfisher.

I'm sure some have some good food quality and there appears to be lots of good choices.. but must say some of my worst digestion ever has been after indian buffets..

Jeff, I can't believe you're asking about this. It's a lot of meat and vegetables, go for it!
