Fly into San Jose Airport, it is closest to the gym by far.

DVD would be cool. I would buy one...
No one comes to the midwest. I think it is because it is really cold in the winter and hot and humid in the summer. Which begs the question "Why am I here AND Why did I move back (from CA)?"

I will do my best with the DVD, I'm hoping to get two cameras for recording.
I'm open to arranging this seminar (or something like it) at other locations. How available these particular presenters are to that option, we'll have to see.

Excellent!
If i was anywhere in the US i'd be there for sure but i'm in the strength and conditioning desert known as Australia and anytime i want to go to a cool seminar i've just about got to organise it myself.
When you get the DVDs done I'd be interested in selling them out here too.
