One song to workout to
If you could only have one song...and one song only...on your 5MB sized Ipod....or mix tape for you old people still listening to boom boxes.....to workout to....what would it be?
I'm going to have to go with Master of Puppets by Metallica.

Psychosocial by Slipknot
Actually, most of my workouts, I run a random playlist of everything from Garth Brooks to Mint Condition to Stevie Ray Vaughan to Ice Cube, then when I get to the main work set (like on a 5/3/1 workout), I crank up something hardcore like Slipknot or Marilyn Manson or Rammstein. I find that it's hard to stay amped up for a full 45 minute session, but I can run most of the workout without a load of adrenaline.

I don't know any of the song names, but it would probably be one of the super drum-heavy songs by Sepultura or Roots...no words, really, just some guttural stuff. Maybe a really good Taiko drumming song.
Other than that, I like techno-ish/electronica stuff as background noise.

Some kind of Rammstein (Buck Dich, Sehnsucht, Keine Lust, really hard ones) or Powerman 5000 (When Worlds Collide, Bombshell, Ultra Mega, Supernova Goes Pop). Any of those songs I can have on repeat all day while lifting.

I didn't know they made "glow stick" versions of the club bells.

Love it or hate it, we all have our history.
I was never a "glow stick guy" myself, but one of my training buddies was...
