new log for 2010
So I am going to start a new log, and do my best to keep up with it this time.
cj: 70, 80, 90, 95, 100 miss the jerk. (im trying to get my split jerk going now, so these numbers might be low for a while.)
bs: 105x3x10 this was pretty hard, not so much at this weight, but I can tell later on in the programing its gonna kick my ass.
pp: 67.5 x5x5
also really trying to get the calories in im actually eating some salmon and broccoli as im writing this.
