Back felt funky in the left lumbar so I stopped for the day. I think I'll go to the chiro this week. Also damn tired, bad sleep this weekend.

Really good day today. I felt tired going in but hit a couple of really good PR's. Very pleased. I was going to do a barbell complex but after the OH work I felt like doing mindless conditioning.

Shoulder felt a little funky in snatches so the catch was a little tricky. I didn't have time to unpack the prowler and couldn't think of anything else to do for some vague conditioning so I went for max reps on BS with 100kg...wasn't too many actually but more than I've ever tried to do with 100kg.

I felt rotten today for some reason, really tired. Tried a snatch or two but had no snap or anything so figured I could squat, wrong. No pressing either. Oh well, light day.

Trained in the morning today as I had to work then go to a Jamiroquai concert. Which is fine but I remember now why I don't usually train in the morning. I feel like crap. Slow and very low energy.

A bit better today, I'm a bit miffed about not being able to snatch 80kg for the past two weeks but double 70kg for many sets...oh well, at least most stuff is moving.
