Unsurprisingly a shitty day as I spent most of the weekend lifting. It was a great cert though, well worth it for the experience and all the info and coaching. I will take a couple more rest days and see how I feel.

Good day, I started using a belt on BS again. I really prefer using one for work sets. It really does make a big difference to my stability coming out of the hole. I'm really pleased with my press, last time I tried pressing 70kg was about a year ago and I really struggled to get one rep, I'm getting closed to that BW press

I had forgotten what pullling work I was supposed to do after pressing so just did some form of pulls.
