1RM BP - 115, 125, 130kg
Farmers - 110kg x 17m - 18 seconds, 1 drop
12" log - 90kg, 95kg, 97kg
Axle DL, from ground, no straps 200kg, missed 227kg twice
Stones - 100, 105, 112, 135kg in 41 seconds

Finished equal first

DB MP - 25kg x8, 30kg x6, 32.5kg x3
Back ext - 20kg 3x12

Bad nights sleep so feeling pretty out of it today, decided to do my primary exercises and get out of the gym.

Pullups 4 x 6

Watching video of the deadlifts I'm starting to lift with a rounded back, need to do some more technique and core work.
