Monday

DL 190kg 3x3 - Happier with grip and speed to lockout this time

BSQ - 130kg 1x20 - This was actually easier than the last workout at 125 but not by much and i'm anticipating the next few weeks to get progressively worse as I head toward 160kg/350lb for 20

Push press 65kg 8,6,5
Krocs 45 kg 3x 12

Treadmill intervals

8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13km hr 1 min on 1 min walking at 1% then
8, 9, 10, 11 km/hr 1 min on 1 min walking 2%
