I might have to get me some of that "Blood for Blood"
Ironically when i pulled that link up on youtube one of the "featured" videos was from perhaps my most hated yoof band of the moment.

I dare anyone to tell me that the world would be worse off without these little maggots

Maybe not the best song, but very appropriate... Live To Win - Paul Stanley

Good question
I can't narrow it down, but the first great one to pop into my head was Christina Aguilera's "Dirrty."

rage against the machine....pretty much all of their stuff. FTMFW.
Bullet in the head or killing in the name would be my choice though.

I'm a pretty calm person, and I almost reach a meditative state before big sets. If I'm at home, I choose a Zeppelin/Floyd station on Pandora and let it ride.
If I had to choose one, it would be "No Quarter" from "Houses of the Holy."

Weird, huh?

For metcons, I like house, electonica, disco, anything with a beat.
If it;s heavy lifting, I like it quiet.

Now that I think about it. Iron Maiden "Aces High" with the Winston Churchill speech in the beginning. Just the speech alone will get you ready.
