I just jiggled my black nylon watchband 7 times a second for a few minutes, so I think I'm probably all set. Although not sure how long you have to do it in order to imprint the hertz? I don't know, it looks like it has the hertz.

A few minutes will probably do it. I would imagine your protons are now perfectly in alignment and resonating beautifully. I'm sure you'll hit huge PRs the next time you lift. Strong work.

Alas, I can't manage to jiggle my watch that fast. I think I'll just see about putting in a word with Jesus and Santa Claus, perhaps they can talk the Easter Bunny into bringing me a bionic band for Easter.

Watches? Dont you boys have clocks on your cell phones? See thats whats really throwing your balance off is those big bulky time pieces!

How do you imprint a material with a frequency anyhow??

Perhaps you can wrap it round your, um..well check out this 'zinger' thing, more ridiculousness.

1. At work, where I need it to take vital signs
2. When I train, where I use it to clock intervals and rest times

As long as your not out in the bush or training in water you can do everything with a good phone that you can with a watch, and even more! It was a rhetorical question anyways fellas but im sure there will be more replys lol
