5:00pm: 12oz Paleo Sloppy Joes, 60g Macadamia Nuts, 2oz Southern Greens

3:30pm: 7oz Paleo Sloppy Joes, 60g Macadamia Nuts

5:30pm: 12oz Moroccan Chicken Salad

5:30pm: Beef Stir Fry: 6oz Ground Beef, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tamari, Chili Paste, Beef Stock. 60g Macadamia Nuts.

OK, so I seriously don't know why I'm gaining weight. It's not fat either, can still see the six pack. I recently starting O-Lifting 3x/week, could that really be doing it? I only started saturday! Maybe I'm finally getting into the swing of things again after being sick and gymless for 3 weeks (I had lost 7lbs, most of which I'm pretty sure was lean mass).

7:00pm: 6 Eggs, 6Tbsp Fire Roasted Guacamole (TJs), 1oz Butter, 2oz Cheddar.
