I'm pretty sure it's a real product.

Shake Weight is real. It's quite often in the google ads bar at the top of this page when I'm looking at the forum. I think there was a big feature on UK breakfast TV a while back (probably hooking into the hilarity angle).

I think it would be an ideal and functional compliment to the vIpr.

This could all be solved with a ShovelGlove.

shakeweight is real... it's all the latest buzz at work for "toning" among other things.

Not that it really needs any more humour but the song seems quite appropriate...

i tried to find out how much the vipr weighs but had no idea. if it really is foam then is the thing like 5-10 lbs?

the best is still that mobile treadmill that you run on outside and it goes forward. does anybody have the link for that thing?

The Shake Weight uses the principle of "dynamic inertia." You have all kinds of awesome right there.

Incremental weights between 4-20kg.
