Default Vitamin D and Vitamin A

I'm sure the Weston Price folks are already on the warpath about this post from Dr. Cannell.

I do find the whole Vitamin D & A thing a bit confusing.

Dr. Wilson (of "Adrenal Fatigue" book fame) told me he's seen outright vitamin A toxicity symptoms in fair-skinned/freckled/redhaired people at less than 20,000iu of retinol a day. I believe he also said he hasn't ever seen toxicity at 10,000iu a day or less.

I've never been one for high vitamin A doses in my practice (some NDs love using megadoses for certain issues), and what Cannell presents is definitely making me a bit more cautious.
