I was fatigued going into this session, so I cut the volume back from three heavy singles to just one. Snatches went a lot better.

Training Video

Cutting my pull short on the clean and slight elbow bend left the bar out in front. I need to work on locking out quickly, because it looks like I am pressing it out.

Focused on staying upright and keeping elbows in on last two sets. Much more effective.

Notes

Still fatigued. I haven't been eating or sleeping nearly enough since the last squat day. I decided to cut the volume in half because there was no way I was going to get my prescribed worksets. PR on the press.

I don't know whats happened to my squat. Going to reset to 265, then go to 275, 285, and then try 290 two weeks from now.
