Snatches felt great, aim was off on a couple but overall the went well. Speed is really picking up. As for the cleans, in an effort last week to catch the bar more in the full clean position, I inadvertantly destroyed my form. I thought my misses out front were caused by a lack of shoulder flexibility since my bench has gone up but it was really just becuase I was murdering the 3rd pull. This will be fixed promptly.
