I went too heavy with the C&J and blew myself out for the Dl's

Got mixed up in some stuff for the last couple months but I'm getting back on track.

Was training for an Oly meet but pulled out because my external rotators were getting really thrashed. Going back to linear strength until I get it squared away.

B Class thrower in Highland Games

250 C&J
200 Sn

took a few weeks to rehab a thrashed hip so I'm working my way back up
