I agree with Gabe - I'd like to see more aggressive 2nd and 3rd pulls. That part of the movement needs to be like a bomb going off. In addition to the exerices he lists, try some
muscle snatches with some serious weight (you could probably muscle snatch what you were snatching in that video). That will help immensely with the turnover of the 3rd pull.
Your lifts do look excellent overall, though.
