Default Strained Radial Nerve...anyone?

Hello good people.

I did some clean/jerks last tuesday and my radial never...(area along the forearm/close to elbow) has been pretty sore...

It feels sorta like I got put into a mean kimora...lol

Been ice'n and stopped doing c&j's for the time being...

Every happend to anyone here?

What did you do?

Did you continue olympic lifting?

If it's the nerve then do nerve glides:

Ice, rest and massage will also probably help.

Thanks Steve....that radial nerve glide feels good. I'm going to continue to do these.

Whats your take on the clean&jerks?

Discontinue till the pain goes away? Or continue w/ light weights?

I wouldn't touch any explosive lifts for a bit. Too easy to do damage with them
