Default The perfect snack

I think I've discovered the perfect snack. Not sure if this is sold in the states, but here in UK there's a company called Food Doctor, one of their pots is called 'Essential Seed omega mix'. Obviously one could just buy the individual ingredients which might be cheaper.

35% sunflower seed
35% pumpkin seed
20% dried soya beans
10% pine nuts

32% protein
8.5% carbohydrate
33% fat
16.7% fiber

Been at this stuff for several months now and haven't grown breasts, so it's all good.

PS eating like a bird is an aquired taste, but has suprisingly good depth of flavour. Slightly buttery.

Maybe not quite perfect, not the worse though. Soya bean doesnt go down well round these parts generally, also im sure the 'Omega' in the name will suck a bunch of people in, but it will be mainly O6 unfortunately.

I prefer meat cookies, though you could toss that bird food into the meat cookie for a little more crunch.
